We were all shocked or sad to hear about the untimely death of Angus Cloud at only 25 years of age. His Hollywood career might have been a small one but it is certainly a memorable one with countless great performances by him and we will reminisce about them all as we go through Angus Cloud movies and TV shows.

Angus Cloud was born in Oakland California in 1998 and is best known for his portrayal of the lovable drug dealer Fezco on Euphoria the HBO drama starring Zendaya. He starred in a total of 5 films, 2 TV series, and 3 music videos. 

His career was however cut due to his tragic death by drug overdose in July of last year. Now let us pay tribute to him by going through all the Angus Cloud movies and TV shows and see how he started his acting journey and gained so much fame in such a short time. 

Angus Cloud TV shows

He only appeared in two TV shows, one of which was only a guest performance but it was the other that defined his entire career, and here is a look at both of them.

The Perfect Women

He first appeared on the television screen with a guest appearance on the TV series “The Perfect Women” in 2019. The show is about women discussing social media profiles that people submit to them and Angus had a short Cameo and appeared as himself in season 03 episode 06. 

Euphoria

It was also in 2019 when the first episode of Euphoria was released, the TV show that launched Angus to stardom. He portrayed a drug dealer named Fezco in the TV series and the title of the first episode is also Fezco, which highlights how important his role was in the series.

The TV show is centered around the lives of a group of high school students and the inner and outer turmoil they face as they navigate their surroundings. The theme of the show is very adult and revolves around drugs and sex life while also showcasing the emotional conflicts that these teenagers face.

Fezco (Angus) while being a drug dealer comes off as a lovable character that touches the audience’s hearts. He deeply cares for his adopted younger brother Ashtray and Rue (Zendaya), his friend and the protagonist of the show.

He is a thoughtful and considerate person and very protective of those he cares about as is shown when he beats up Nate in season 2 in response to how he treated Rue and Jules (Hunter). He also tries to help Rue quit her drug habit by not giving her drugs.

Angus Cloud Movies

Of the five movies that he starred in two were released before his death, two posthumously, and the last one is completed and yet to release.

North Hollywood

This was his first movie released in 2021 and is a coming-of-age drama directed by Mikey Alfred and Ryder McLaughlin plays Michael the protagonist of the movie. While Angus portrays Walker Michael’s friend, fellow skateboarder, a chill and laid-back dude but with a slightly dark side.

The Line

The Line was his second movie, a drama film that was released in 2023 less than two months before his death. The main role is of Alex Wolff as Tom Backster a university student and frat member, making questionable decisions and Angus plays Robert DeWitt. The movie also starred John Malkovich and Denis Richard. 

Your Lucky Day

Your Lucky Day was the first movie in which he starred in the main role and it was released in September 2023 less than two months after his death. It is an action thriller and Angus portrays Sterling who tries to steal a $156 million lottery ticket and ends up in a fatal shootout with the police.

Things only get worse from there as a hostage situation develops in the convenience store. The movie is directed by Dan Brown and is full of suspense and keeps you guessing and on your toes for the entirety of the movie.

Freaky Tales

Freaky Tales was also released posthumously in January 2023 at the Sundance Festival but was not released to a wider audience due to conflict over distribution rights. Because of this, the plot of the movie and Angus’s role in the movie is unknown.

But this much is known that the movie delves into real events from 1987 in Oakland California and has four interconnected stories. Angus portrays Travis and alongside Pedro Pascal’s Clint but their exact roles are unknown. The movie is directed by Anna Boden and Ryan Fleck and even has Tom Hanks in a cameo.

Abigail

Abigail is Angus’s last movie and is yet to be released with the release date being set to 19th of April this year. It is a monster horror movie and revolves around a group of kidnappers and their victim the 12-year-old Abigail a vampire.

It is a horror thriller and Angus plays the role of Dean one of the kidnappers, but not much is known about his role in the movie. The movie also stars Dan Stevens and Kathryn Newton and is directed by Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett.

Angus Cloud Music Videos

While not a singer himself, he has appeared in three music videos. The first of which was released in 2020 with the song “All Three” by Noah Cyrus, sister of Miley Cyrus, and the video was directed by Tyler Shields. While the entirety of the video focuses on Noah you can see bits of Angus holding her, but his face is never properly shown.

He was next in the music video of “Cigarettes” by the rapper Juice WRLD who also died of a drug overdose in 2019. The song was released posthumously in 2023 and the video was directed by Steve Cannon. Angus has a very small role in the video as one of the friends riding in the car.

His last music video was for the song “Mamiii” by Becky G and Karol G and the video was directed by Mike Ho. It is a Spanish song and a massive hit with almost 80 million views on YouTube for the video and 374 million views for the audio version.

Angus is shown prominently in the video and even speaks, alongside him Mia Khalifa is also featured prominently in the video.
